Qualifications

• Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15 to 35 lbs. occasionally.
• Ability to work extended periods of standing or walking.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and proactively approach to understand needs.
• Process sales transactions and returns per Front-End procedures.
• Promote programs such as loyalty, warranty, and credit card enrollment.
• Follow safety, loss prevention, and SOPs; maintain confidentiality of company information.
• Create an inclusive store environment and support the team across the store.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
