Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail or customer-facing experience.
• Previous retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage athletes to understand shopping needs and provide accurate product information.
• Onboard/train team members; serve as subject matter expert for store area.
• Maintain athlete-first focus while ensuring products are ready and athletes are engaged.
• Follow floor set plans, signage, price changes, and inventory standards.
• Promote loyalty programs, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment.
• Create a welcoming, respectful store environment; follow safety and SOP policies.
