DICK'S Sporting Goods is hiring a Sales Teammate to deliver an exceptional athlete experience, greet athletes, assess needs, and provide personalized product recommendations.

You will help with product knowledge, merchandising, teamwork, and contributing to store goals while upholding a high standard of professionalism and enthusiasm.

This position emphasizes integrity, inclusivity, and a customer-first mindset, with a wage range of $17 to $24 per hour and eligibility for our benefits program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Experience in customer service or retail helpful.
• Ability to provide personalized product recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional athlete experience by greeting all athletes, identifying needs, and providing personalized product recommendations.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge to educate athletes on features and benefits that help them make confident purchasing decisions.
• Drive sales results through effective selling behaviors and promoting company programs such as loyalty memberships, protection plans, and credit offerings.
• Collaborate with teammates across the store, demonstrating a team-first mindset and contributing to overall store goals and operational excellence.
• Represent the brand through professionalism, enthusiasm and a passion for helping athletes achieve their goals.
