You’ll work as part of a team to maintain merchandising and presentation standards, support sales results, and help athletes leave confident in their purchase.

As a teammate you’ll greet athletes, identify needs, and build meaningful connections while representing the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm on the store

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

Responsabilidades

• Deliver an exceptional athlete experience by greeting all athletes, identifying needs, and providing personalized product recommendations.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge to educate athletes on features and benefits that help them make confident purchasing decisions.
• Drive sales results through effective selling behaviors, basket-building techniques, and promoting company programs such as loyalty memberships, protection plans, and credit offerings.
• Collaborate with teammates across the store, demonstrating a team-first mindset and contributing to overall store goals and operational excellence.
• Consistently represent the brand through professionalism, enthusiasm and a passion for helping athletes achieve their goals.
