Job summary

DICK'S Sporting Goods is seeking an Operations Teammate to help maintain store readiness, inventory accuracy, pricing and merchandising standards. You will engage with teammates to deliver a seamless athlete experience on the sales floor or behind the scenes.

Starting pay ranges from $15 to $22 per hour, with the actual rate based on location, experience and position. The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and exceptional service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory, replenishment, and fulfillment processes accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain product availability and ensure merchandise is properly stocked and organized.
• Support pricing, signage, and merchandising standards throughout the store.
• Demonstrate teamwork, adaptability, and a commitment to operational excellence in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Deliver exceptional athlete engagement by greeting all athletes. Collaborate with sales teammates across the store to identify athlete needs and provide a personalized experience.
