Applitrack is seeking an Athletic Head Coach for a secondary education setting in Colorado. This exempt position reports to the Athletic Director and participates in the supplemental pay schedule based on experience.
The role covers coaching multiple sports, implements fitness and conditioning, and ensures safety and sportsmanship in accordance with district and league rules. Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent, current First Aid and CPR certifications, and at least one year

Head athletic coaches instruct and work with athletes to prepare them for competition. Coaches help athletes to play their best individually or as a team in sports such as football, baseball, basketball, track and field, golf, tennis, and soccer. They are experts on the rules, strategies, and techniques of their sports. Coaches must also know about sports equipment, physical fitness and safety.
Performance will be evaluated annually by the Head Coach.
Coaches will be placed on the Supplemental Pay Schedule, based on years of experience for this position, per Article 11-3 of the Classroom Teachers’ Association Certified Agreement.

The position requires travel to various campuses, district meeting sites and conferences/meetings in and out of state. The position may require the employee to work some evenings and weekends.
