Job summary

Austin Powder is seeking an Emulsion Operator to manage safe, productive manufacturing in the Emulsion department. Responsibilities include following work instructions, inspecting products, and operating and maintaining equipment.

Candidates must meet explosive laws and be able to work varied shifts, with potential overtime. A valid driver's license and high school diploma are required; ATF explosive processor qualification is necessary or obtainable.

Qualifications

• Basic math and documentation skills are required.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and adapt to shifts.
• ATF explosive processor qualification is required or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and service mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Perform DOT and pre-trip inspections per FMSCR 392,393,396.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and logs using SQ7 software.
• Operate and troubleshoot equipment; maintain safe work environment.
