Job summary

SAIC is seeking an experienced Full-time Contractor Site Supervisor (CSS) for the Controller Training Solutions (CTS) team to provide air traffic controller training services for the FAA at the Atlanta ARTCC (ZTL) site in Hampton, GA. The role requires managing contract delivery, coordinating with FAA and contract staff, and ensuring high-quality training operations.

The candidate should have a minimum of five years CPC experience, US citizenship, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years recent Certified Professional Controller (CPC) experience controlling live traffic or recent experience as a contract Instructor at an FAA facility.
• US Citizenship is required with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall delivery of contract training and training support at the facility.
• Communicate effectively with FAA and contract personnel; execute the CTS contract.
• Oversee performance and financial management of human and budgetary resources.
• Assist with development of training plans and training materials; conduct training.
• Support training administration and uphold high quality standards to ensure timely training for ATC personnel.
