Job summary

A leading defense contractor in Las Vegas is seeking an experienced Contractor Site Supervisor to manage and deliver air traffic controller training services for the FAA. The ideal candidate will have recent CPC experience and teaching skills along with the ability to maintain high standards in training delivery and program execution. US Citizenship and a Public Trust clearance are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Five years recent Certified Professional Controller (CPC) experience controlling live traffic or contract Instructor experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall delivery of contract training and training support.
• Effective communication with FAA and contract personnel.
• Execution of the CTS contract, performance, and financial management.
