Qualifications

• 8+ years of ATC instruction or course development experience.
• Experience researching training needs and developing Navy/Service training programs.
• Experience drafting technical procedures and instructional documents for ATC systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Psychology, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Revise and maintain ATC curriculum in alignment with client requirements and deliver instructor-led, computer-based, and simulator-based courses.
• Draft, edit, and update technical documents, procedures, and guidelines for ATC systems.
• Conduct research to establish training needs and develop effective training programs.
