Job summary

DSI in Asheville, North Carolina is hiring energetic Retail Sales Associates to represent AT&T in a store-within-a-store setting. You will greet customers, listen to needs, and explain wireless products, devices, plans, and services.

This fast-paced role offers competitive hourly pay, uncapped commission, paid training, advancement opportunities, and benefits such as 401(k) with employer matching and insurance after hire. A flexible weekend schedule is needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of retail sales, customer service, or face-to-face sales experience preferred.
• At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a high-traffic retail sales environment.
• Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours.
• Goal-oriented with a drive to meet/exceed sales targets.
• Basic technology proficiency (POS systems, mobile devices, tablets).
• Flexible schedule including weekends as needed.

• Comfortable working in a high-traffic retail sales environment
• Ability to perform essential job functions, including standing and walking for the duration of an 8+ hour shift
