Job summary

National Heritage Academies, through Flagship Charter Academy in Detroit, MI, is seeking a dedicated teacher to support K-8 students and help them reach their potential.

You will provide instructional support and assessments, create engaging learning environments, and collaborate with colleagues to address the needs of at-risk students. NHA offers pathways for certification and career growth.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid teacher license or meet alternative requirements. NHA will support you through your alternative certification journey.
• Experience working with at-risk students preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional support and assessments for students who are below grade level.
• Create, manage, and participate in a variety of learning environments and activities in the applicable core content areas.
• Additional duties as assigned.
