Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license, car insurance and a reliable vehicle to transport clients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good time-management and ability to juggle multiple duties.
• Reliable transportation to client homes as scheduled.
• Comfort with light housekeeping and cooking tasks within dietary requirements.
• Willing to comply with health and safety standards (e.g., background check).
• Compassion, understanding and desire to brighten clients' days.

Responsibilities

• Help clients with personal care and hygiene.
• Assist clients with light exercise or walks.
• Plan and prepare meals with clients.
• Handle light housekeeping duties.
• Report health changes or incidents.
• Provide companionship and support.
• Respond quickly in emergencies.
