You will support wellness and quality of life according to personalized care plans, performing tasks from personal care to mobility assistance and companionship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license, car insurance and a reliable personal vehicle.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• First Aid and emergency response training provided if needed.
• Ability to manage multiple duties and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Help clients with personal care and hygiene.
• Assist clients with light exercises or walks.
• Plan and prepare meals with clients.
• Handle light housekeeping duties.
• Report health changes or unusual incidents.
• Provide companionship and support.
• Respond quickly in emergencies.
• Accompany and supervise clients during shopping trips.
• Remind clients to take prescribed medications.
• Assist with mobility and appointments/errands.
