We are currently seeking both full-time and part-time work-from-home Call Center Representatives for our call center. Placement of hired candidates will depend on their overall qualifications, fit for the role, business requirements, and staffing needs. We aim to position our employees for success from the start.

Position Details:

Representatives will follow up with prospective homeowners regarding their home improvement needs.

Requirements:

• Strong listening skills, professional telephone manner, and tactful communication in a fast-paced environment.
• Motivated to meet and exceed performance goals and quality metrics.
• Receptive to constructive feedback and committed to continuous improvement.
• Ability to multitask: talking on the phone while working on a computer.
• Above-average computer skills; minimum typing speed of 35 WPM.
• Team player who collaborates well and enjoys helping others succeed.
• Ability to commit to a set schedule.

Benefits:

• Competitive hourly wage with increases after 30 days (based on experience).
