Job summary

Revo Health in Minnesota is seeking a Certified Athletic Trainer (AT-C) for outreach coverage at local sporting events. This casual, part-time role offers a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends to support schools and community programs.

As an AT-C, you will travel to contracted venues, document injuries accurately, and communicate with staff. Hours vary (0–20 per week); other duties as assigned support a dynamic community-focused team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training required
• BOC certification required
• Must be a member of the National Athletic Trainers Association
• Licensed in Minnesota as Athletic Trainer or eligible for licensure
• Current CPR/AED Certification required

Responsibilities

• Travel to contracted high schools, colleges, and community events to provide athletic training services as needed
• Document injuries effectively and communicate with staff
• Cover events with hours ranging from 0–20 per week; daytime availability preferred

Job description

The Certified Athletic Trainer (AT-C) - Outreach position is a casual role providing athletic training coverage to local sporting events. This is a part‑time (casual; no set schedule) position working a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Twin Cities Orthopedics is an operating division of Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health), a group of local medical practices, owned and led by its physicians, on a mission to give patients more control over their healthcare.

Essential Job Functions

• Travel to contracted high schools, colleges, and other community events to provide athletic training services on an as needed basis
• Effective injury documentation and communication to appropriate staff members
• Event coverage may range from 0-20 hours per week, daytime availability preferred
• Any and all other duties as assigned

Education And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training
• Certification as an athletic trainer by the Board of Certification (BOC)
• Member of the National Athletic Trainers Association.
• Licensed in the State of Minnesota as Athletic Trainer or eligible for licensure.
• Current Emergency Cardiac Care (CPR/AED Certified)

• Actual starting pay will vary based on education, skills, and experience.
• The pay range displayed reflects full-time compensation and will be prorated for employees working less than a full-time schedule.

Working Conditions

• Frequently lift up to 50 pounds independently and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Requires the ability to stand, walk, bend, and move continuously throughout the shift.
• Must be able to frequently perform physical activities such as pushing, pulling, and reaching.
• Visual acuity to read electronic and paper documents.
• Auditory ability to participate in phone or video calls clearly.
• Manual dexterity to operate standard office equipment (e.g., computer, phone, printer).
