Job summary

Analog Technologies Corp. in Burnsville, MN is seeking a Full Time Manual Labor role focused on assembly production.

You will assemble sub-assemblies and final products, coordinating with production management to meet deliveries with high quality and cost efficiency. The role requires at least 3 years of electronic assembly experience, the ability to follow written and visual instructions, and adherence to IPC 610 compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in electronic assembly.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Experience with ISO, QS/TS and 6 Sigma preferred.
• Completion of a Visual Acuity Test and Color Blindness according to policy.

Responsibilities

• Assemble both sub-assemblies and completed assemblies.
• Work efficiently on assigned work station/assembly position.
• Monitor and track quality of assemblies and communicate discrepancies.
• Continually look for ways to improve product quality.
• Assemble following Analog procedures and instructions.
• Inspect, assemble and touchup assemblies per J-STD-001 to meet IPC 610 quality guidelines.
• Maintain and enforce established QMS procedures and documentation.
• Other duties as assigned by lead or supervisor.

Salary Range: $20.00 To $25.00 Hourly

This position is responsible for assembly production, while coordinating with the production management staff to meet planned deliveries with top quality products in a cost efficient and safe manner.

• Assemble both sub-assemblies and completed assemblies.

• Assemble following Analog procedures and specific instructions.
• Inspect, assemble and touchup assemblies per J-STD-001 to meet IPC 610 quality guidelines following customer documentation, Analog procedures and specific instructions.
• Maintain and enforce established QMS procedures and documentation.
• Other duties as assigned by lead or supervisor.

Qualifications: (Education, Training, Skills, and Experience)

Physical Parameters:

• Must be able to stand, walk, and sit for long periods.
• Must be able to bend over and look into a microscope for extended periods of time.
• Must stay awake for duration of shift.
• Must be able to lift and carry 40 lbs.
• Must be able to move, push, and pull weights up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
• Must be able to bend over and reach above head.
• Visual acuity meets or exceeds 20/25 and the ability to pass color blindness testing.
