Physical Therapist (PT)

Location: ASVH-Flagstaff | 2100 N. Gemini Rd., Flagstaff, AZ
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5: | 40 hours/week | No weekends or overtime

We’re seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to evaluate, plan, and provide individualized therapy to residents in a collaborative healthcare environment. You’ll help patients regain strength and independence while working alongside Occupational Therapy, Speech, and Nursing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized treatment programs
• Deliver hands‑on physical therapy to improve mobility and function
• Document care accurately and update treatment plans as needed
