Base pay range

$90,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

The Assistant Super / Superintendent 1 is responsible for assisting the field operations including establishing the safety culture on the jobsite and working closely with the Project Manager to maintain the job schedule, cost and staff to achieve profitable outcomes. You will be focused on luxury / high-end interiors and may run smaller projects on your own.

Florida Developer / General Contractor focused on High-End Projects.

Description

• Support day-to-day on-site supervision of field labor force
• Maintain good relationships with internal and external clients
• assist in creating and maintain 3 week look ahead schedule
• assist with site logistics plan
• Conduct quality inspections
• Coordinate site testing and inspection efforts
• assist with monitoring costs, including labor time and material
• assist with Managing schedules, including preparation of detailed short-term schedules and ensuring all activities take place on or ahead of scheduled dates
• Prepare and submit Superintendent's Daily Reports / updates within Procore
• Attend and participate in project meetings, including subcontractor meetings

Profile

• 5-10 years+ of construction experience in the field
• Ground Up and Interiors Construction Experience Preferred
• Ability to be a part of several projects at a time, located next to each other
• Experience with projects ranging in size from $2M to $10M
• Procore or similar software
• In-depth knowledge of commercial construction processes and practices
• Demonstrated strong leadership and interpersonal skills
