SVA, a leading Certified Public Accounting firm, is seeking an experienced Assurance Supervisor to join our Madison, WI team. You will lead and manage audit engagements, mentor staff, and strengthen client relationships.

The role offers a flexible, hybrid work environment with a Monday–Friday schedule; during busy season you can expect 55+ hours. We provide a Lifestyle Spending Account, profit sharing, and health plan options to support your growth and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required.
• 3+ years of public accounting experience.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and client service orientation.

During busy season, your commitment of 55+ hours per week will be rewarded with perks like summer Fridays off, ensuring you have time to recharge.

We’re looking for a skilled Assurance Supervisor with a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3+ years of public accounting experience. You’ll bring strong technical expertise, a commitment to exceptional client service, and the ability to inspire and lead teams to success.
