Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent coursework; CPA exam eligibility required for CPA track.
• CPA designation preferred or actively pursuing CPA completion.
• Two or more years of audit experience in public accounting.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and project management capabilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a trusted member of the engagement team delivering assurance and consulting services.
• Plan and supervise audit engagement activities and perform substantive testing.
• Review internal controls and provide actionable recommendations.
• Communicate with clients throughout the year to obtain information and address questions.
• Develop industry expertise and build long-term client relationships.
• Participate in firm-wide development programs and mentorship.
• Collaborate with Managers and Partners on business insights.
• Support team development and promote work-life balance.
• Engage in team-building activities.
