We are seeking an experienced Assurance Senior Associate to join MGO's Corporate Assurance team in Irvine, CA. You will lead and perform audits for public and private companies, work directly with clients, and help develop junior team members while delivering exceptional client service.

You will supervise engagement areas, review workpapers for quality, and ensure audits stay on budget and schedule, while expanding your expertise in GAAP, GAAS, and PCAOB standards in a collaborative,

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field with required coursework.
• 3+ years of public accounting or audit experience.
• CPA license, CPA candidate, or eligibility to sit for the CPA exam.
• Working knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and audit methodologies; PCAOB experience preferred.
• Strong communication, project management, and client service skills.

Salary Range

$90,000 - $110,000, plus bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits package.
