The role focuses on leading engagements for construction clients, guiding planning, execution, and final deliverables while coordinating budgets, schedules, proposals, and staff development.

Responsibilities

This position will support our ConstructionIndustry Group. Join one of the nation's leading construction-focused teams, working with a broad range of contractors, developers, and construction-related businesses. You'll gain exposure to complex engagements, collaborate with industry specialists, and help clients navigate the unique challenges facing the construction industry.

YOUR ROLE.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Serve as the engagement lead on specific client accounts

• Gain the respect and confidence of the CRZ team through effective client management, timely and accurate communication, and clear and concise direction and leadership

YOUR EXPERIENCE.

The successful candidate will have:

• 3+ years of work experience in another public accounting firm
• Industry experience required
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• CPA licensure achieved or eligibility to sit for the exam
• Strong experience using Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of audit software such as CaseWare or ProSystem FX
• Exceptional organizational and communication (verbal and written) skills
