Qualifications

• Three years of current and/or recent audit experience in public accounting.
• Applied working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and accounting procedures.
• supervisory experience and ability to travel when required.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day activities of audit engagements for clients in various industries, including SEC registrants.
• Identify and communicate accounting and auditing issues to managers and partners.
• Demonstrate understanding of complex accounting and auditing concepts.
• Interact with clients to ensure efficient information flow to the audit team.
• Develop relationships with client personnel and guide Assurance staff on engagements.

A successful candidate should have experience in Digital Assets/Crypto along with Financial Services, Technology, Life Sciences/Biotech, and/or Healthcare industries.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day activities of audit engagements of clients in a variety of industries, including SEC registrants
• Identify and communicate accounting and auditing issues to managers and partners
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of complex accounting and auditing concepts
• Interact with clients to help ensure the information flow from the client to the audit team is efficient
• Develop productive relationships with client personnel
• Use technology to continually learn and enhance service delivery
• Develop Assurance staff through effective delegation and guidance on engagements
• Provide developmental performance feedback to assurance staff

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of current and/or recent audit experience in public accounting
• Applied working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and accounting procedures
• Demonstrated ability to meet challenging client requirements
• Demonstrated supervisory experience
• Ability and willingness to travel (in the future when it is deemed safe to do so)
