Job summary

CLA is seeking an experienced Assurance professional in California to lead and oversee engagements, manage scope and budgets, and serve as the primary client relationship owner. With a CPA and 8+ years in public accounting, you will drive quality, compliance, and timely delivery across client engagements, while mentoring teams and coordinating staffing.

Travel to client sites is required as needed. The California posting range for this role is $165,000 – $400,000, reflecting geography,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of public accounting experience, including financial statement audits.
• Active CPA license required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

What You Will Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 8+ years of public accounting experience, including financial statement audits and related reporting.
• Active CPA license required.
• Ability to travel to client sites as needed.
