EisnerAmper is seeking an Audit Manager to join the Financial Services Audit practice, with the flexibility to sit in multiple offices. You will lead audit engagements, supervise staff, and collaborate with clients to drive successful outcomes in the asset management sector.

The role emphasizes planning audits, managing risk, and delivering quality financial reporting, while mentoring junior staff and maintaining client relationships across engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent field.
• 5+ years of progressive audit and/or assurance experience.
• CPA certification.
• Experience with asset management clients.

• Maintain active communication with clients to manage expectations, ensure satisfaction, and lead change efforts effectively

• Supervise, train, and mentor staff during engagement

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent field
• 5+ years of progressive audit and/or assurance experience
• CPA
• Experience with asset management clients

Preferred / Desired Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Accounting or equivalent field
• 1+ year of supervisory experience

Preferred Location

• New York

Salary Range

• For NYC and California: $85,000 – $150,000 (adjusted for experience and market)
• Other geographies: compensation may vary by market differences
