Honkamp, P.C. is seeking an Assurance Intern to support audit, review and compilation engagements under close supervision. You will document work, learn US GAAP and accounting standards, and develop technical skills while supporting a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an accounting-related degree.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365.
• Ability to learn basic office equipment operations.
• Ability to work in a shared office environment with moderate noise levels.

Responsibilities

• Document work effectively.
• Understand US GAAP, FRF for SMEs, tax, and Modified Cash basis.
• Develop auditing and assurance technical skills.
• Assist in recruitment, marketing, and team initiatives.
• Support client service delivery and relationship maintenance.
