Responsibilities

  • Perform assigned assurance procedures, including audits, reviews, compilations, and agreed-upon procedures.
  • Reconcile workpapers to trial balance and ensure neat, organized documentation.
  • Understand GAAP, GAAS, and other financial reporting frameworks.
  • Determine scope of testing, select samples, and demonstrate audit skepticism.
  • Prepare and review draft financial statements and identify potential issues for documentation.
