Job summary

Summit, a brand of Elior North America, is seeking an experienced assistant foodservice director for the Corrections team in Santa Fe, NM. In this role, you will help oversee culinary, safety, sanitation, and operations for the account, ensuring high-quality food and service.

You will recruit, train, and lead a large staffing team of chefs, cashiers, baristas, cooks, and catering staff, while maintaining professional, efficient, and profitable operations and strong leadership across the team.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years’ supervisory experience.
• At least two years’ foodservice experience.
• Proven track record of financial responsibility.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.

The Role at a glance:
