Trinity Washington University in Washington, DC is seeking a dynamic part-time Assistant Soccer Coach for the womens soccer team. The role supports the athletics department and works with the head coach.

Responsibilities include assisting with practices, player evaluations, recruitment, travel logistics, and monitoring student-athlete academics while promoting team morale. Bachelors degree preferred; previous recruiting experience desired; strong leadership and communication skills are

• Support the mission and vision of Trinity Washington University and the Athletics department.
• Assist the head coach with all aspects of the soccer program.
• Conduct player evaluations at the beginning of the season, coach players of all skill levels.
• Foster team bonding and team morale.
• Assist with team practices and conditioning sessions.
• Assist in designing and executing daily training sessions.
• Recruit and coach student-athletes regularly and ensure participation in practice.
• Monitor academic performance and general behavior of student-athletes.
• Provide support and efficient feedback to the team.
• Assist with team travel logistics and equipment inventory.

Trinity Washington University seeks a dynamic part-time Assistant Soccer Coach for the women’s soccer team. Trinity is part of the USCAA (United States Collegiate Athletic Association).

• Monitor academic performance and general behavior of student-athletes.
• Recruit and coach student-athletes regularly and ensure that all student-athletes take part in practice sessions regularly.

Qualifications:
