Job summary

OhioGuidestone is seeking qualified clinicians to provide individual, group, or family therapy and advocate for client well-being across services.

The role involves collaborating with professionals, documenting accurately, and participating in clinical discussions while promoting a safe, ethical environment. A valid driver’s license and pre-employment screenings are required.

Essential Functions:

• Participate actively in treatment conferences, team meetings, and other relevant clinical discussions.
• Complete all required documentation and paperwork accurately and within designated timelines.
• Attend agency and community meetings as needed to support professional development and client services.
• Demonstrate positive leadership, promote a team-based work environment and a culture of belonging.
• Exhibit positivity, flexibility and a willingness to take on new responsibilities as requested or required.
• Present the Agency in the most positive light with all internal and external contacts.

Education & Experience:

• Minimum education is working towards an Associates Human Services Degree at Tri-C or LCCC

Qualifications:

• Successfully complete pre-employment screenings, including drug tests, background checks, and any other required assessments, such as a physical examination and TB test.
