This position is designed to be a developmental Financial Advisor at the Associate level. Under the guidance and in partnership with a senior advisor, you will learn and develop skills to consult with existing and prospective customers, determine financial goals, objectives, and current financial position. You will conduct due diligence with lower‑segmented clients or prospects, recommend financial products to meet their needs, and provide customized investment advice while complying with all pertinent laws, regulations, and corporate policies. Engagement in business development and promotional activities is also required.

This role receives an annual base salary between $65,000 and $80,200, depending on the required state minimum plus eligibility for incentives based on employee production under the applicable incentive plan.
