EverStaff is seeking a Litigation Attorney – Personal Injury in Dayton, OH to join a high-performing firm. You will manage a robust caseload, negotiate settlements, and mentor staff while delivering exceptional client service.

The ideal candidate is licensed in Ohio with 2–5 years of personal injury experience, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office and litigation workflows. This in-office role offers a supportive environment and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing with the Ohio State Bar.
• 2–5 years of experience handling personal injury matters.
• Strong communication skills and a persuasive negotiation style.
• Familiarity with litigation software—Needles is a plus.
• Prior insurance defense or claims handling experience is highly valued.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable with digital workflows.
• Ability to manage pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities
