Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in wealth management or financial services.
• Working knowledge of financial planning concepts and retirement planning.
• Ability to interpret complex financial information and communicate with clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Wealth Advisors in managing client relationships and delivering wealth management services
• Prepare financial plans, retirement projections, cash flow analyses, and estate planning summaries
• Participate in client meetings, gather documentation, take notes, and follow up items
• Analyze client data and provide investment, retirement, tax and estate planning recommendations
• Monitor portfolios and assist with investment reviews and implementation of advisor recommendations
• Collaborate with custodians, attorneys, accountants and other partners
• Respond to client inquiries and service requests
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure regulatory compliance
• Support business development with meeting prep and materials
• Stay current on financial planning concepts and industry developments
