Job summary

The Well in Webster/Clear Lake, TX, is seeking an Associate Wealth Advisor. This on-site role focuses on converting warm inbound leads into appointments for the advisory team, with no cold-calling and ample collaboration with marketing.

You will qualify prospects, schedule client meetings, and participate in evening seminars about retirement planning and assets management. A Series 65/66 license and Life/Health licenses are required.

Qualifications

• Active Series 65 (or 66) license - Series 7 holders must be willing to relinquish it
• Active Life and Health insurance license
• Proven sales ability and comfort having financial conversations with prospects
• Knowledge of retirement planning concepts (401K,403B, rollovers, etc.)
• Strong follow-up habits and the discipline to manage a large pipeline
• Availability for evening seminars (approximately 4 per month, ending by 8:30 PM)
• Comfort in a collaborative, in-office cubicle environment

Responsibilities

• Calling and qualifying approximately 2,000 inbound leads per month
• Screening prospects on asset size, retirement goals, and overall fit
• Filling and managing advisor calendars with qualified appointments
• Re-engaging cancelled and rescheduled appointments to keep the pipeline moving
• Attending and supporting approximately 4 evening seminars per month throughout the greater Houston area
• Maintaining CRM records and collaborating with a strong marketing team

Are you a licensed financial professional with a talent for sales and a passion for connecting with people? We are hiring an Associate Wealth Advisor on behalf of our client - an established boutique wealth management firm in the Webster/Clear Lake area of Houston, TX.

This is not your typical advisor role. You will be the engine that drives new client acquisition - qualifying a high volume of warm inbound leads, building relationships, and converting prospects into appointments for the advisory team. Leads are handed to you. No cold-calling.
