Automation Personnel Services is seeking a Warehouse Associate for a company based in Orlando, FL. You will support daily warehouse operations by unloading shipments, organizing inventory, preparing orders, and maintaining a safe work environment.

Great entry point into warehouse operations with training provided. The role operates on a Monday–Friday first shift from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, offering weekly pay and a chance to earn a referral bonus.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position; no prior warehouse experience required. Training provided.
• Basic computer skills preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish candidates preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Trailer unloading: Off-load trailers and unload incoming shipments safely and efficiently.
• Product Scanning: Scan products using handheld scanners to ensure accurate inventory tracking.
• Pallet Preparation: Manually shrink-wrap pallets to secure merchandise for storage and shipment.
• Inventory Organization: Sort and organize merchandise onto pallets according to codes.
• Warehouse support: Move, store, and organize products throughout the warehouse.
• Order Preparation: Stock inventory and assist with picking and preparing orders.
• Safety Compliance: Maintain cleanliness and adhere to safety standards.
• Enforce company safety policies and OSHA standards.

Pay Rate

$15 - $16 per hour

Schedule and Hours

Monday through Friday, first shift 8 00 am to 4 00 pm.

Warehouse Lead Duties & Responsibilities

• Trailer Unloading: Off-load trailers and unload incoming shipments safely and efficiently.

Warehouse Lead Qualifications & Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in varying warehouse temperatures.
