The Associate Volunteer Coordinator supports the Foundations at Kadlec's volunteer programs, board activities and mission-focused initiatives. This position helps engage and support volunteers and board members, coordinates foundation-funded programs, supports events and builds strong relationships with caregivers and community partners.

Key responsibilities:

This position coordinates and supports volunteer programs, foundation boards and committee meetings, and mission-focused initiatives at the Kadlec Tri-Cities Cancer Center and Kadlec, including volunteer and board orientation and recognition, corporate volunteer opportunities, board engagement and special projects. A successful candidate builds strong relationships with volunteers, board members, caregivers and community partners while providing administrative and event support for foundation priorities.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
