Job summary

Collaborating with Photo Art Directors and multi-disciplinary teams, you will own art direction, ensure brand consistency, and guide production partners from concept through final asset delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience in related field.
• 7 years of general work experience in graphic design, photography, advertising, marketing or visual communications.
• 3–5 years as an art director, graphic designer or similar in a large retail/CPG environment or agency servicing Fortune 500 brands.
• Experience in project management.
• Experience in design, art direction and conceptual ideation.
• Experience with photography/video execution.
• Experience using a MAC platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of creative concepts for Private Brands, translating brand messaging into visual storytelling across channels.
• Partner with Photo Art Directors to translate strategy into photography, CGI, video, and content approaches.
• Apply and maintain photography style guides and standards across brands.
• Lead planning, styling, and art direction for photography, CGI, and video from concept to delivery.
• Direct studios, production partners, photographers, stylists, and freelancers to execute creative approaches.
