Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking an Associate Visual Designer to create engaging visual solutions for in-store marketing campaigns and collateral. This role develops original concepts for merchandising, special projects, and seasonal campaigns while collaborating with internal and external teams.

You will translate trends into designs, maintain brand standards, and own projects from concept to delivery, working across departments to support retail initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• 1–2 years of related experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, leadership, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, strategic and technical thinking; ability to work across functional teams.
