Job summary

IXL Learning is seeking an organized Associate Visual Content Specialist to join our Curriculum team in the Raleigh, NC area. You will work with generative AI tools and the Adobe Creative Suite to support visual content creation for Rosetta Stone Sapphire and review designs for other projects.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 1–2 years of experience in AI tools, media production, or graphic design, with strong communication and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, Education, or Liberal Arts.
• 1–2 years of experience with generative AI tools, media production, or graphic design.
• Strong interest in using generative AI for visual asset creation and workflows.
• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); Premiere is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail and strong formatting/layout sense.
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
• K-12 education experience is a plus.

IXL Learning, developer of personalized learning products used by millions of people globally, is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Associate Visual Content Specialist to join our Curriculum team. In this role, you will work with generative AI tools to support visual content creation efforts for Rosetta Stone Sapphire and assist with visual design reviews for other projects as needed. Your attention to detail, visual eye, and commitment to quality will help make personalized learning a reality for millions of students.

This is a full-time position that requires you to be in our Raleigh, NC, area office.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Review image assets for Rosetta Stone Sapphire language learning modules, checking for quality, accuracy, and educational effectiveness
• Use generative AI tools and the Adobe Creative Suite to create and edit high-quality images for language learning modules
• As needed, create visuals for IXL video tutorials, workbooks, and other print materials
• As needed, review graphic design for IXL print materials for visual appeal and overall effectiveness

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, Education, Liberal Arts)
• 1-2 years' experience working with generative AI tools, media production, and/or graphic design
• Strong interest in using generative AI tools for visual asset creation and workflows
• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Experience/proficiency in Premiere is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Creative eye for formatting and design layout
• Experience with proofreading or editing is a plus
• Ability to be efficient and organized while working on multiple projects simultaneously
• Interest or experience in K-12 education is a significant plus
