VCA Boone Animal Hospital in Western Springs, IL, seeks a dedicated veterinarian to join our tenured team. This full‑time role focuses on high‑quality medicine and building strong client relationships within a modern, AAHA‑accredited facility.

You will work alongside an experienced medical team, including a board‑certified Surgeon, in a diverse caseload supported by advanced diagnostics and technology. Excellent mentorship and learning opportunities are offered.

Formación

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited university or equivalent
• Licensure in good standing in Illinois, or the ability to obtain
• Commitment to practicing high‑quality medicine and collaborative patient care
• Experienced veterinarians encouraged to apply

Schedule

• Full‑time schedule with strong emphasis on work‑life balance
• Hospital open 6 days per week
• Schedule includes 4 weekdays (Monday‑Friday) plus a rotating half‑day Saturday
• No on‑call hours

Compensation

• Salary range: $120,000 - $150,000 , negotiable based on experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, and credentials
• Salary range based on a 40‑hour work week ; compensation outside of the listed range may be discussed
• Eligible for additional variable pay programs , including production earnings
