Job summary

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree required.
• State Veterinary Board License is required to practice.
• On day one, must be in good standing with the state(s) employed to work for WellHaven.
• Current USDA Accreditation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality veterinary care and client service across hospital operations.
• Adhere to WellHaven protocols and oversee staff to meet goals.
• Collaborate with the Principal Doctor to develop staff and hospital objectives.
• Maintain thorough medical records and comply with veterinary regulations.
• Provide patient and client communication across in-person, phone and email channels.
