Job summary

WellHaven is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join our South of the Twin Cities team in Minnesota. The role focuses on high-quality care, client service, and collaborative practice.

You'll work with the Principal Doctor, participate in anesthesia, surgery, dentistry, and be involved in staff training, community events, and practice development. We offer a sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, up to 200 hours of PTO, CE allowance, and production bonuses.

Qualifications

• DVM or equivalent degree required.
• State Veterinary Board License required.
• Good standing with the state(s) employed to work for WellHaven.
• USDA accreditation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high quality veterinary care and client service.
• Adhere to WellHaven protocols and oversee staff.
• Collaborate with the Principal Doctor to develop plans.
• Maintain medical records and comply with laws.
• Provide anesthesia, surgery, dentistry, and current medical practices.
• Lead and train support staff as needed.
• Engage in community events and hospital projects.
