Qualifications

• DVM or equivalent veterinary degree from an accredited institution.
• Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Oklahoma.
• Comfortable performing surgery and dentistry (or desire to build those skills).
• Interest in mentoring/supporting a team and helping drive practice growth.
• Empathetic, team-oriented attitude and desire to live in a community-focused practice.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical exams, diagnostics, treatment plans, surgery, and dental procedures.
• Mentor and work with support staff and newer team members.
• Provide compassionate client education and communication.
• Collaborate on hospital initiatives for growth, quality of care, and client satisfaction.
