As a part-time W-2 veterinarian working 1–3 days per week,you’llearn a guaranteed salary with a schedule you control by choosing the days you want to work. Your schedule is built in advance around those preferencesby a dedicated scheduling coordinator, giving you the predictability to plan your life outside the clinic with confidence.We handle scheduling,logistics, and coordination, so you can focus on practicing medicine.

You’ll have a guaranteed salary as your foundation, with theoptionto earn even more by picking upadditionalshifts when it works for you. Extra shifts can be paid out or converted intoadditionalPTO, giving you flexibility in howyou’rerewarded.

You’ll practice across a variety of trusted hospital settings, gaining diverse clinical experience whilemaintainingthe consistency, support, and stability of a single employer.Interested in surgery, dentistry, ER, or urgent care?We’llwork to include those types of shifts in your schedule when possible.
