Job summary

Plum Creek Animal Medical Center in Crete, Illinois, is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join our 3-doctor small animal practice. Enjoy a rewarding role with a generous sign-on bonus and potential ownership opportunities.

Qualifications

• DVM degree from an accredited university.
• Current DEA License or obtained upon hire.
• Active Veterinary State License.
• USDA Accreditation or obtained upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive veterinary care including wellness and preventive medicine, urgent care, surgery, dentistry, and in-house diagnostics.
• Perform and interpret diagnostic imaging (radiology, ultrasound) and therapeutic procedures.
• Collaborate with a team of veterinarians to deliver high-quality medicine and client communication.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to a positive, growth-oriented practice environment.
