Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from AVMA-accredited school.
• Active veterinary license in the state of practice.
• Current DEA license.
• Current USDA accreditation (minimum).
• Experience with anesthesia, surgeries, and dentistry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care: exams, diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care.
• Develop treatment plans and communicate with clients.
• Perform routine and complex surgeries including spays/neuters.
• Conduct dental procedures including exams, radiographs, extractions.
• Supervise care transitions and coordinate with referral hospitals as needed.
• Participate in rounds and share knowledge with staff.
