Caldwell Animal Hospital in Lenoir, North Carolina is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join our multi-doctor team. We offer a collaborative, mentoring environment with advanced tools including digital radiography, ultrasound, acupuncture, and a modern surgery suite, supporting a range of medical and surgical cases.

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD from an AVMA-accredited college.
• Active license to practice in the state (or eligibility).

Responsibilities

• Serve patients and clients with a relationship-based approach.
• Collaborate with the clinical team and leadership.
• Grow relationships within the practice and the Lenoir community.
• Mentor and support staff through our internal LevelUp training program.
• Manage a varying caseload, including surgeries and appointments during our open hours.
