Job summary

Mason Family Pet Hospital in Northeast Cincinnati is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join our busy, 5-doctor practice expanding to a 6th full-time doctor. This role rewards a compassionate, growth-oriented clinician with mentorship and collaborative team support.

We offer a $120,000+ base salary with production incentives, a CE allowance, comprehensive benefits, 401(k) with match, and a four-day workweek with rotating Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Genuine investment in pets and their people.
• Excellent communication skills with clients and staff.
• Willingness to collaborate within a team-based culture.
• Interest in exotics, pocket pets, rabbits or reptiles is a plus.
• Open to orthopedics is a bonus, not required.
