The Associate DVM ensures high-quality care, client service, employee well-being, and productivity of the veterinary medical team. You will work with the Principal Doctor and Practice Manager to ensure medical quality and hospital performance.
Qualifikationen
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree required.
- State Veterinary Board License in the applicable state.
- On day one, in good standing with the state(s) employed to work for WellHaven.
- Current USDA Accreditation is a plus.
Aufgaben
- Ensure high-quality care and exceptional client service.
- Collaborate with Principal Doctor to align development plans with hospital goals.
- Maintain thorough medical records and comply with applicable laws and ethics.
- Provide medical training to support staff as needed.
- Lead or assist with staff training and hospital projects as required.
- Uphold safety standards and participate in community activities.
